Shipping
Dear First Day is committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible at a low cost. Once an order is placed, it will not be possible for us to modify or cancel the order.  
 
Domestic Shipping
For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow us 3 to 5 business days. Standard Shipping within Singapore is complimentary for orders above SGD99 (Code “SGSHIPPING”). For urgent orders, self-collection is possible. Please reach out to us at support@dearfirstday.com

International Shipping
Dear First Day does trackable shipping worldwide and shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon check out. International shipping is complimentary for orders above SGD250 (Code “FREEWORLDWIDE”).

Depending on which country you are residing, you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties on your order. Dear First Day does not collect duties and taxes during checkout and cannot provide an estimate amount to be collected. 
 
Exchange Policy
For wrongly sent/defective items, credit notes will be issued if item/s are returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. Item/s must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, washed or altered in any way. Paper swing tags must be in original good condition. Rest assured that all item/s will be checked prior to shipping.

Dear First Day will work together with you on return shipping and we recommend that you send the item/s back with tracking to prevent any missing returns. Credit note will be issued upon receiving the returned goods and if the above mentioned conditions are met. 

Please kindly note we do not offer exchange for change of mind, incorrect purchases or sizing issues.
