A: At Dear First Day, we offer various opportunities for customers to accumulate loyalty points faster. You can participate in our regular campaigns, which include referring friends to purchase from us, tagging and sharing us on social media, and writing a review. Q: How should I proceed if the item I purchased is not delivered?

A: Rest assured that all our shipments come with tracking so you can easily monitor the status of your order and have peace of mind. We don't use non-registered mail for deliveries.
